Positive: Location. The upstairs.. large and comfortable with nice view, kitchen and dining room. Free and private parking.
Negative: No Shampoo. Up and down. Down stairs not comfortable. Not so clean. Very small bath room.. with no place to poot your stuff.. old things.. air-conditioned only in the hall. Very old key box.. we hardly could open it 😔 You can't shade the window in the shower..
